About the Role

As our Night Auditor, you'll be the face of the resort during overnight hours, ensuring guests receive exceptional service while maintaining the accuracy of the resort's daily financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, thrives in a quiet overnight environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding guest experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude
  • Check guests in and out efficiently
  • Answer questions and provide information about the resort and local attractions
  • Process reservations and guest payments
  • Maintain accurate guest accounts
  • Post room, dining, and other charges
  • Balance daily revenue and resolve discrepancies
  • Complete end-of-day audit procedures
  • Prepare daily financial reports for department leaders
  • Ensure smooth and secure overnight resort operations

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous customer service, hospitality, front desk, or cash-handling experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must be proficient with retail point-of-sale systems

Physical Requirements

This position requires standing, walking, reaching, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 10 pounds.
