Lina Vivas Maintenance is seeking an experienced and reliable Night Cleaning Supervisor to oversee janitorial operations at client facilities in Queens, NY. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for managing cleaning staff, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support night cleaning crews
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
- Train and coach cleaning personnel
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed according to company standards
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and timekeeping
- Address client concerns and report issues to management
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience in janitorial, custodial, or facility maintenance services preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Schedule:
- Night Shift 9PM- 5:30PM
- Full-Time
