Position Overview

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a Night Shift Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA-C to join our growing Hospital Medicine team at AdventHealth DeLand.

This full-time, hospital-employed position offers a predictable 7-on/7-off night schedule and the opportunity to practice within a collaborative Hospital Medicine program that values clinical excellence, teamwork, and high-quality inpatient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight admissions and cross-coverage for the Hospital Medicine service
• Manage patients across general medical floors and ICU with appropriate support
• Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered inpatient care
• Participate in clinical decision-making and acute patient management
