This position is responsible for the overnight operation of the 24-hour residence hall desk. The Night Host performs administrative functions as directed by staff (including, but not limited to, the Resident Director and Assistant Director(s)), responds to student needs, and maintains a secure building. This position provides quality customer service to residents by sharing general Housing and Residence Life policies, procedures, and information with students.
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma. 1+ years of clerical/office experience or security experience is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. 3+ years of clerical/office and security experience. Experience working on a college campus or university setting. Previous experience working overnight.

Adds charges to student accounts for lost keys, lock outs, and damages, as instructed by the Resident Director
