What you'll do

• Lead shifts from the front with energy and purpose
• Deliver great food, genuine hospitality, and fast, accurate service
• Delegate tasks, coach team members, and hold the team accountable
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met

This job posting is for an opportunity at a Chick-fil-A Restaurant business independently owned and operated by a local franchised Operator. You will be a probationary team member whose performance will be evaluated over a 90 day trial period. If you meet expectations you will be offered an official position at the end of this period.
