What You'll Do:
- Oversee hotel operations during overnight hours, ensuring guest satisfaction and security.
- Do laundry, wash, dry and fold. Ensuring all laundry is finished during shift.
- Assist guests with late check-ins, early check-outs, and any overnight inquiries.
- Perform nightly financial audits, balancing daily transactions and preparing reports.
- Monitor property security, conduct safety checks, and address any issues as needed.
- Process payments, manage reservations, and reconcile accounts accurately.
- Assist with setting up breakfast or other morning preparations as needed.

What We're Looking For:
- Previous front desk, laundry, accounting, or night audit experience (preferred but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Basic math and accounting skills for balancing financial reports.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
