The Night Manager will provide a warm welcome to guests and complete all related Front Office functions and ensure guest expectations are exceeded. Minimum of 1 year experience in Front Office or other hotel department is required. At least 1 year supervisory experience and PEP experience is highly preferred. The Hilton Charlotte Uptown is an upscale full-service property featuring 400 state of the art guestrooms and 35,000 ft. of banquet space in the heart of Uptown Charlotte.

Key responsibilities of the Night Manager:

  • Assist guests as needed with registration and check-in and departure procedures and inquiries during the stay
  • Complete Front Office procedures to prepare for various group arrivals and communicate effectively with other hotel departments
  • Complete Night Audit reports and functions
  • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple computer systems
  • Must be able to work overnight/3rd shift 11pm-7am all days of the week, including weekend shifts
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Serve as Hotel Manager On-Duty
  • Train and coach new hires and team members as needed
