Job Skills / Requirements
Job Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule
(Example: Tues, Wed, Sat, Sun; then Mon, Thurs, Fri)
- Night Shift: 7:00PM-7:00AM
Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday)
Job Description: Responsible for operating forklifts and other heavy machinery to move products within the warehouse and loading/unloading trucks.
- Ensures orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies where needed, and staging finished products for final distribution.
- Contributes to orderly operation of stock/materials storage area.
- Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages.
- Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying and supplies listed on production orders.
- Locates and packs materials for shipping.
- Prepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, loading, and securing product.
- Documents product shipment by recording units shipped.
- Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections.
- Keeps inventory, loading areas, and machinery clean.
- Learns and adheres to workplace safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Pass background checks and drug screening
- Minimum 2 years of forklift experience
- Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 50lbs independently.
- Wear LACOSTA Shirt, steel-toed boots/shoes, long pants, and any other required PPE
- Remove all jewelry and accessories
