This job offers a flexible schedule of evenings from 2:00 - 9:00 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Create a "wow" front-end experience in the store
• Assist associates in creating an overwhelmingly helpful front-end staff
• Provide "Superior Guest Service" when assisting all guests
• Communicate any front-end incompetencies to store bookkeeper/store manager
• Guide cashiers in prioritizing their job responsibilities
• Maintain quick and efficient check-out procedures
• Ensure front of store cleanliness
• Balance cash drawers
• Provide service at desk for lottery, money orders, returns, etc.
• Effectively resolve complaints
• Ensure front-end associates are in proper dress code
• Promote teamwork between front-end associates and management
• Maintain proper functioning of front-end equipment

Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Experience with POS systems and cash registers
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good math skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends
• Physical ability to carry, push, pull, bend, squat, climb, and lift objects overhead
• Tolerance for temperature differentials
