Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Night Shift)
True Focus Hospitality Group is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Night Operations Manager to oversee overnight security operations. This position is responsible for supporting our field teams, ensuring client expectations are met, completing required documentation, and helping keep operations running smoothly during overnight hours.
This is a hands-on management role for someone who enjoys working nights, communicating with people, solving problems, and keeping operations organized.
This position begins as an hourly role during training, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time, salaried Operations Manager position with benefits, based on performance and company growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee overnight security operations and field personnel.
- Support supervisors and security officers throughout each shift.
- Help ensure all client sites are properly staffed and operating efficiently.
- Respond to operational issues and assist with problem-solving.
- Handle call-offs and help coordinate staffing adjustments when needed.
- Complete incident reports, shift summaries, payroll paperwork, and other required documentation accurately.
- Communicate professionally with clients, employees, and company leadership.
- Conduct occasional site visits and quality checks.
- Help train, coach, and support new employees.
- Maintain company standards, policies, and professionalism at all times.
Non-Negotiable Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must be comfortable working overnight shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to read venue layouts, floor plans, and DOT/site maps with a strong sense of direction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly learn company paperwork, reporting procedures, and internal systems.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must be willing to travel occasionally for conventions, conferences, special events, training, or to support operations in other markets.
- Previous supervisory experience in security, hospitality, military, law enforcement, or event operations is strongly preferred.
- Retired military personnel and retired law enforcement officers are encouraged to apply.
