The Customer Service Representative-Night Order Taker will be involved in the following functions:

• Greeting and assisting customers over the phone.  
• Responding to customer inquiries and complaints. 
• Monitoring sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods. 
• Providing clients with the costs of produce on a daily routine. 
• Daily re-pricing produce for selling. 
• Listening to and resolving customer complaints regarding produce. 
• Informing customer of pick up & credit policy, helping enforce the company policy.
• Completing merchandise pick-up & credit request forms in a timely manner.
• Communicating critical issues to sales person/manager.   
• Communicating with the Transportation Dept. to ensure accuracy with customer orders.
• Completing sales order tickets and submitting for processing of client requested items.
• Picking orders from the warehouse and /or freezer for customer delivery.

Qualification/requirements: Minimum of 2 years in an office environment, preferably in a food related industry. High School Diploma/GED. College degree preferred but not required. Bilingual a plus.

• Fast Learner.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
