About the Role: We're seeking a reliable, observant Overnight Patrol Attendant to help maintain a safe, welcoming property during overnight hours.
Responsibilities:
- Walk and monitor property grounds throughout the shift
- Float and assist front desk staff as needed
- Identify and address unauthorized individuals on property
- Politely direct trespassers to leave; contact local police if necessary
- Report any incidents, hazards, or maintenance issues
- Maintain a visible, professional presence overnight
Requirements:
- Able to walk/stand for extended periods and patrol the property on foot
- Dependable and punctual with strong attention to detail
- Calm, professional demeanor when handling on-site situations
- Comfortable working independently overnight
- Reliable transportation
