Night Production Supervisor (Thermoforming)

This position supports a leading innovator in sustainable food packaging by overseeing overnight (7p-7a) thermoforming production operations. The supervisor guides a team of hourly associates, maintaining strict safety, quality, and compliance standards in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment. Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a thermoforming or related plastics manufacturing environment

• Willingness and ability to work a 7p-7a, 12-hour rotating night shift schedule

• Candidate has to be within commutable distance - no relocation available

• Spanish and English speaking
