We are seeking a reliable Overnight Apprentice to assist our Lead Technician with commercial exterior cleaning routes across Northern Virginia. This entry-level position involves supporting a two-person team during off-peak hours to complete high-quality cleaning within tight access windows before morning business hours.
Schedule: Overnight hours, 30–40 hours/week from March to November. Requirements include comfort with overnight shifts, teamwork, riding in box trucks, heights, a valid driver's license, and passing a background check. Experience in pressure washing is a plus. Ideal candidates are punctual, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and aspire to leadership roles. This franchise is independently operated; applications go directly to the franchisee.
