Job Title: Night Cook
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 PM – 3:00 AM or until production is completed
Start Date: ASAP

As a Cook, you'll play a vital part in supporting the safe and efficient cooking of lobster for production. You'll work closely with the production team to ensure food safety, quality, and sanitation standards are consistently met.

What You'll Do
As a Cook, you will be responsible for 

• 
  Prepare and cook lobster according to established production procedures and specifications.
  
• 
  Safely load and unload lobster from cooking equipment.
  
• 
  Monitor cooking times, temperatures, and product conditions as required.
  
• 
  Follow all food safety, GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and company procedures.
  
• 
  Maintain a clean and organized cooking and production area.
  
• 
  Properly handle raw and cooked seafood to prevent cross-contamination.
  
• 
  Assist with cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas before, during, and after production.
  

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 
  Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to follow verbal/written instructions.
  
• 
  Previous seafood processing, cooking, food manufacturing, or production experience is preferred.
  
• 
  Ability to stand for the duration of the shift, bend, twist, lift, and work around hot equipment, steam, and wet floors. Must bring own water boots/galoshes.
