Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
• Create positive interactions with guests • Maintain eye contact and speak enthusiastically • Make emotional connections with guests • Be team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable • Communicate effectively with guests and team members • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Consistency, reliability, and a positive attitude • Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills • Detail-oriented and able to multitask • Ability to work independently and in a team • Willingness to work a flexible schedule • Ability to lift and carry at least 20 lbs and stand for long periods
