Night Shift FT Shipping Associate - 4x10 Workweek

Position: Shipping Associate - 4x10 Workweek
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and package finished goods for shipment according to company and customer requirements.
- Verify order accuracy, including quantities, part numbers, and shipping information.
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate material handling equipment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other equipment to move materials safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with production and inventory teams to ensure timely shipments.
- Ensure all shipments meet quality standards before leaving the facility.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous shipping, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn shipping software/systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and dependability.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift).
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of materials up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach overhead as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly rate starting at $17.75/hour
- Additional $2/hour shift differential
- Additional $1/hour attendance bonus (inquire for details)
- Quarterly performance bonus eligibility

- Two weeks paid vacation, accrued at 10 hours every 30 days (additional week earned after 2 years of service)
