Schedule: 12-Hour Rotating Shift (2-2-3 Schedule)
Job Responsibilities
Operate and monitor injection molding machines and production equipment.
Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
Identify and report equipment issues and product defects.
Maintain production goals while minimizing scrap and downtime.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Complete required production documentation.
Qualifications
Manufacturing or injection molding experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Reliable attendance, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays as assigned.
