We're looking for hardworking people who enjoy physical work, solving problems, and seeing the results of their efforts at the end of every shift. At Kitchen Guard, we clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems that help protect restaurants from grease buildup and fire hazards. Most of our work takes place overnight while restaurants are closed, which means you'll often work independently or with a small crew without managers looking over your shoulder. If you like staying busy, working with your hands, and being judged by results instead of meetings, keep reading.

What You'll Do

• Pressure wash commercial kitchen exhaust systems
• Remove grease from hoods, ducts, filters, and rooftop exhaust fans
• Set up and tear down equipment at each job site
• Climb ladders and access rooftops safely
• Work efficiently to complete jobs on schedule
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Maintain equipment and report any issues
• Work independently with limited supervision

Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding position. You will regularly:

• Work overnight shifts
• Climb ladders and access commercial rooftops
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Push, pull, bend, squat, kneel, and reach throughout the shift
• Stand and move for 8-10+ hours
• Work in hot, greasy, and sometimes uncomfortable environments
• Handle pressure washing equipment and hoses
