We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who brings a strong industrial maintenance background and a safety-first mindset. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll lead skilled trades responsible for keeping a large, industrial food‑manufacturing facility running safely and reliably. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll guide maintenance technicians, prioritize work, and ensure critical equipment is repaired correctly and efficiently in a 24/7 refinery environment. You will assign and oversee daily maintenance work, including preventive and corrective repairs. You'll also troubleshoot equipment issues and coach technicians through complex repairs
