Night Shift Manufacturing Associate – Production, Quality & Material Handling
Louisburg, NC | $18.15/hour | Monday–Thursday, 2nd and 3rd shifts available!
We are hiring for multiple night-shift manufacturing positions with a growing company in Louisburg! Openings are available in Production, Material Handling, and Quality. All positions work the same schedule and offer the same starting pay.
Available Positions:
Production

• Assist with manufacturing and production processes
• Monitor equipment and product quality
• Package, label, and prepare finished products
• Follow safety and production procedures

Material Handler

• Move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Stage materials for production
• Assist with inventory and warehouse organization
• Support production teams as needed

Quality

• Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process
• Perform quality checks and document results
• Enter and maintain accurate quality data
• Identify and report potential quality concerns

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing, warehouse, production, or quality experience preferred
• Dependable and comfortable working a 12-hour overnight shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
