Position Summary We are currently seeking a Night Shift Manufacturing for Jireh Semiconductor in Hillsboro, OR. This is a night shift position on a compressed schedule. This is a salaried position which will receive shift differential of 15%. The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for directing the development and implementation of activities in the production area assigned. They support the Manufacturing Manager in the overall strategy for achieving manufacturing goals and objectives.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide a safe and positive work environment for all Jireh employees to engage inAssign personnel and monitor flow of work ensuring production schedules are met within established quality and cost objectivesGuide team members on manufacturing priorities and balance line needs to other departments within the entire factory processIncorporate priorities between manufacturing team, engineering, and equipment support staffLead team members on consistent safety, quality, cost effective output, and process improvement activitiesDevelop and motivate a dynamic work force through effective communications and positive role modelingAdminister company policies that directly affect assigned reportsManage resources and operational activities providing team support and directionDrive continuous improvements in employee/team development, safety, quality, & cost controlBe accountable to meeting planned metrics. Track and report out daily on yield and output results to planEducation:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related fieldProven leadership experienceOther QualificationsSolid analytical and multitasking skills/abilitiesExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)MS Office Suite proficiencyAbility to support 24-hour operation in a fast paced working environmentSelf-motivated individual with ability to work well with othersAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situationsInternal applicants only: must be in good standing.
