Join the SIMOS team at our Clients Warehouse in Avon, IN! We are hiring motivated individuals for Night Shift Material Handler (Loader/Unloader - Non Forklift) positions. In this role, you will be responsible for handling packages, loading and unloading freight, and supporting warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.
Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM

Sunday - Wednesday
Wednesday - Saturday

Duties: Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload boxes from trailers
- Move, stack, and organize products within the warehouse
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Meet productivity and performance standards
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job (bending, standing, walking, lifting, reaching)
- Ability to communicate in English
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

- Previous warehouse or material handling experience
- Experience with loading/unloading trailers
