At Keter, we're looking for a Night Shift Operations Supervisor who can confidently lead our manufacturing operation during overnight hours. This role is more than managing a department-it's about overseeing the flow of the entire facility, removing obstacles, supporting your team, driving production performance, and making critical decisions to keep the business moving.

What We're Looking For
- Leadership skills that motivate people and build strong teams.

- Hands-on problem-solving ability - you can think fast and act decisively.
- Experience supervising in a manufacturing or similar environment.
- Comfort with technology (Microsoft Office, production systems).
Your Schedule
- Night Shift: 7:00 pM - 7:00 AM
- 12-hour shifts with a rotating schedule-enjoy every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role.
- Proven experience in managing production teams and improving manufacturing processes.
- Strong understanding of production equipment and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Strong change management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Highly proficient with MS Office
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- SAP experience a plus.
