Our workforce is grounded in positive relationships, and we strive to be a foundation in people's lives.This is one of only two positions working during this shift, offering a unique opportunity for ownership, independence, and responsibility.While the role requires initiative and self-direction, you'll be supported by a team that values accountability, collaboration, and trust.We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:Low-cost benefit coveragePaid time off and holidays401(k) with company contributionShort- and long-term disability coveragePaid training and certification programsPaid uniforms and high-quality work apparelCompetitive wages with performance-based pay increasesPay increase upon meeting new hire expectations at 90 days of workWork Schedule: 2-2-3, 2:30pm - 2:30amTHIS JOB IS AVAILABLE TO US RESIDENTS ONLY AND UNABLE TO SPONSOR VISAS.Operator Job ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor the production plant, including all associated equipment, such as receiving system, digestors, gas skids, CO2, injection, and decant systems.Monitor process variables, including temperature, pressure, flow rates, and gas composition, to ensure optimal plant performance and product quality.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of plant operations, including shift reports, logbooks, maintenance records, and safety documentation.Completes a variety of paperwork related to product loads, instrument readings, safety/security, and other paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.Produce dry ice for scheduled orders.Operator Job Requirements:Possess good English language skills (fluent verbal & written comprehension) to interpret procedures, comprehend instructions, and to communicate effectively with others.1-2 years of relevant work experience.Valid driver's license preferred.High School diploma or equivalent. Technical certifications or vocational training in process operations, renewable energy, or a related field is desirable.Ability to demonstrate effective mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Ability to effectively utilize various computer programs and systems.Demonstrate ability to accurately read, write, and document data and reports.Timely responsiveness and follow-through.Strong attention to safety.Compensation details: 25-25 Hourly WagePI106e8aa403ba-25660-40524866
