Shift:

3 rd shift, 10p-6:30a Sun-Thurs

Mission:

To develop efficient automotive manufacturing production schedules in order to meet OEM customer demand while optimizing lead-time.

Activities:

+ Maintain production schedule daily to meet customer demand while minimizing inventory and maximizing OEE (overall equipment effectiveness)

+ Develop systematic approach to the production scheduling task across departments

+ Manage assigned projects to improve manufacturing effectiveness in relation to the production system, quality, cost, and delivery

Requirements:

+ 3+ years’ experience in automotive production scheduling in a JIT/JIS environment

+ Strengths in data analytics, reporting, and schedule management

+ SAP experience preferred

+ Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, MS Project, advanced Excel skills)

+ Excellent communication skills

+ Excellent writing skills

+ Self-motivated

+ Good organization skills

+ Able to coordinate multiple projects at a time.

+ Able to interact with all levels of the organization
