Night Shift Production Worker - Paint Department
Reports to: Night Shift Paint Dept Supervisor
Facility: Strasburg
Location: 10190 State Route 21 NW, Strasburg, Ohio 44680
Pay Rate: Hourly with shift differential and the opportunity to earn incentive after 90 days
Hours: Sunday - Thursday - Night Shift 8:00pm to 4:30am
Job Responsibilities
- Paint experience preferred. Job includes painting 16'' pieces of vinyl extrusions
- Experience with painting tools including a cup gun is preferred
- Learn product part numbers and read order numbers and production labels
- Able to operate small hand tools effectively and safely
- Having the willingness and ability to cross train for other job duties within the department
- Understanding ProVia's level of quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift
- Practice personal safety and comply with all safety practices and procedures
Physical Job Requirements
- Some moderate lifting is required. Ability to stand, bend, twist for extended periods of time.
- Able to swiftly move your hands and feet
- Clear communication is required

- Able to maintain a positive attitude, take direction, and follow through on all assigned tasks
