Production Supervisor - Protein Conversion
GENERAL SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for assuring all procedures are followed in achieving the highest level or productivity in the most cost-efficient manner possible while still maintaining the specification of the customer. Make sure all reporting requirements are met for area of supervision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
BASIC SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred.

Qualifications:
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
Previous experiences in Protein Conversion or Maintenance
Ability to manage and work with people
Computer skills required
Minimum of High School diploma, GED or equivalent
Capable of independent decision making.
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Must be able to work assigned hours/days - including occasional weekends - as required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor product by paying attention to Efficiencies and quality
Review equipment for proper functions and Maintain a clean environment for the Team members
Make sure employees have reported for work and put proper alternates in place if not present
Observe that employees are correctly and safely performing their jobs
Update maintenance with any equipment or machinery problems
Suggest methods in improving production efficiencies.
Troubleshoot equipment operations
Guaranty product meet Costumer Spec every hour
Adjust production according to what the plant receives of Raw material.
Recommend ways to run equipment and machinery in a more effective manner
