Role and Responsibilities:
Be the quality representative for evening shift
Provide evening shift coverage (6pm to 6am) of quality engineering support across multiple functional areas for fuel cell manufacturing with special focus on front of the shop.
Respond promptly to issues that can potentially leading to production line down if not resolved. This include excessive defect found, defective incoming materials, wrong recipe used. Working closely with PE and production lead to resolve the issue and disposition of material. Summarize the finding and resolution to prevent further occurrence
Conduct routine process audit to prevent issues and make sure adequate POA’s are in place and followed
Lead containment and disposition when special event occur. Working with PE and production for countermeasure to prevent future occurrence.

Skills and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED); associate degree, technical certifications or relevant coursework with at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing or related environment.
Hands on experience with production process
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to technical issues.
Ability to follow direction, meet deadline, and collaborate in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written skill set
Adhere to safety requirements and ability to work in controlled environment wearing personal protective safety equipment
