Job Description

Join a growing commercial general contractor delivering renovation, façade, and facility upgrade projects across major entertainment and hospitality environments. This role will lead night shift operations, coordinating subcontractors, schedules, safety, and client communication on projects valued between $500K and $1M.

Description

  • Manage night shift construction activities from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and daily site operations
  • Ensure safety, quality, and project milestones are achieved
  • Communicate project updates with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Utilize Procore and Bluebeam to track progress and documentation

Profile

A successful Night Shift Superintendent should have:

  • Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects
  • Background in hospitality, entertainment, or theme park work preferred
  • Experience managing projects valued at $500K to $10M+
  • Proficient with Procore and Bluebeam software
  • Flexible, team-oriented communicator able to transition between shifts

Job Offer

  • Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 plus benefits
  • 15% year-end bonus opportunity
  • $500 monthly vehicle allowance and gas card
  • Opportunity to transition into future day-shift projects within a growing contractor network
