Your qualifications for the Night Shift Supervisor position are as follows:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of manufacturing/industrial experience, plus at least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
- Close attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Benefits you will receive as the Night Shift Supervisor:
- $31-$41/hour, depending on experience
- Rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts (6:00pm-6:00am)
For the Night Shift Supervisor position your duties will include:
- Lead and motivate team
- Organize workflow to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor operation of equipment
- Foster a safety-conscious, collaborative culture
- Other tasks as assigned
