Night Shift Supervisor

Our client located in Greenfield, MA is looking for a Night Shift Supervisor for their growing team!

Your qualifications for the Night Shift Supervisor position are as follows:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of manufacturing/industrial experience, plus at least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
• Close attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Benefits you will receive as the Night Shift Supervisor:
 

• $31-$41/hour, depending on experience
• Rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts (6:00pm-6:00am)

For the Night Shift Supervisor position your duties will include:
 

• Lead and motivate team
• Organize workflow to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor operation of equipment
• Foster a safety-conscious, collaborative culture
• Other tasks as assigned
