Night Shift Supervisor

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Meet production quotas
• Promote and maintain established safety policies, practices, and procedures
• Manage inventory and handle material
• Possess the ability to work with all levels of management
• Maintain Lean Manufacturing Standards

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in all areas of wood manufacturing
• Extreme attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
• Ability to Multi-Task
• Must be a self-starter and motivator
• Ability to meet scheduled timelines
• Work in a fast-paced team environment
• Possess excellent leadership and communication skills

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in all areas of furniture manufacturing preferred
