This role supports the Technical Manager in leading the Maintenance team to ensure equipment readiness and safety.
Responsibilities include maintaining a safe work environment, managing maintenance schedules, overseeing repairs, and providing technical support, including PLC programming and diagnostics.
The position involves coordinating work orders, supervising team activities, and participating in special projects to improve efficiency and safety.
Requirements include a high school diploma or technical certification, with preferred vocational training and RJG certifications. Experience needed:
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience
- 5-7 years in large equipment maintenance in manufacturing
