Night Shift Warehouse Worker (4-Day Work Week)

Looking for a fast-paced night shift that gives you three full days off every weekend? Join our team in Ridgeway as a Night Shift Warehouse Worker. You'll play a pivotal role in keeping distribution moving by fulfilling and loading beverage orders for next-day deliveries across the region, all while working in a supportive, active environment!

Schedule: Monday thru Thursday 6pm until finished

What You'll Do

• Pick and build customer orders accurately through case picking and bottle line selection according to invoice specifications.
• Load delivery route trucks safely and efficiently following computerized schematics to ensure balanced freight for outbound transit.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and clamp trucks while conducting daily pre-shift inspections.
• Maintain safety and facility standards by replenishing stock, responsibly handling beverage products, and keeping loading docks clean and organized.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Previous warehouse, order selecting, or material handling experience preferred

• Ability to lift and carry up to 65 lbs repeatedly, with the endurance to stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach overhead throughout the shift.

• Strong attention to detail to ensure picking accuracy, dependable multitasking skills, and fluent English communication to follow written order manifests and safety protocols.

• Dedicated punctuality for evening start times and commitment to finishing daily route loading.

Workplace: This is a 100% onsite role in a fast-paced beverage distribution warehouse. The position involves active physical movement, machinery operation, and collaborative teamwork on the loading dock.

Contract Terms: This is a temporary/contract engagement focused on immediate operational support; standard corporate health benefits and paid time off are not provided during the initial contract duration.
