WMF specializes in producing high quality parts and components for the agricultural, construction, and transportation industries utilizing cutting edge technology and equipment.WMF specializes in the following:Tube, plate and structural material laser cuttingMetal fabrication and formingProduction and robotic weldingCNC machiningPowder coat paintingWelder Responsibilities:Weld high quality parts utilizing MIG wire feed processRead blueprints and production paperworkOperate lifting equipment, such as overhead cranesExamine finished product to be sure specifications are metPractice safe operation of equipmentWelder Qualifications:1+ years of related MIG welding experienceWeld training from technical and/or weld school preferredExperience reading blueprintsPulse welding experience is a plusShift:Night shift runs from 5:30pm-6:00am Monday-Thursday, and hours will vary on Fridays. $3.50 night shift differential.Depending on customer demand, additional overtime may be required.Benefits:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceLife insuranceShort term disabilityPaid time offHoliday pay401K with company match
