Night Support Worker (Oakview Lodge)

Location: Braintree, Essex, CM7 3NP

Hours: Full-Time 35 hours per week (Monday to Sunday, rota basis)

Pay: £12.71 - £13.21 per hour (depending on qualifications)

About the Service

Oakview Lodge is a 14-bed supported living service supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions and epilepsy. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals.

People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including playing games, art, fitness, bowling and swimming, helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you'll empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health needs to live life their way.

You'll:

• Support independence and personal goals
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
• Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking, shopping and social outings
• Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
• Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support

Essential:

• Willingness to learn and grow

Desirable:

• NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Social Care
• Previous care experience
• Basic IT skills
