Position Type: Full-time and Part-time

Starting Pay: $10-11.50/hr

What You'll Do

• Bring the smile and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest
• Make eye contact and speak with genuine enthusiasm
• Build real, emotional connections with the people you serve
• Champion our restaurant's vision and values, and encourage others to do the same
• Juggle multiple tasks without letting service quality slip
• Communicate clearly and warmly with guests and teammates alike
• Represent the team well by following Chick-fil-A's standards and dress code
• Jump in wherever else you're needed
• Night shift employees are required to be able to close 2-3 nights a week, including Fridays or Saturdays.
