Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $23.50/hour and $34.03/hour.

Starting pay is $23.50/hour.

As applicable, this role will also receive overtime compensation, incentive compensation based on productivity and quality, and freezer premium.

With our Flex Scheduling options, a true work-life balance is within reach at US FOODS®!  Multiple full-time (night shift) flexible schedules available, options will include 5-day, 4-day and 3-day workweeks.  

*5-day workweek (2 days off)

*4-day workweek (3 days off)

*3-day workweek (4 days off)

(Current schedule is Sunday through Friday, 4-day work week, 4:00pm start)

Main Ingredients of the Job

As a US FOODS® Night Warehouse Selector you will be responsible for preparing customer orders that grow our business, instilling and reinforcing safety above all else. We TEAM UP to deliver exact and damage-free orders. Your efforts are the foundation that defines US FOODS® success based on our pillars of cultural beliefs, work ethic, collaborative spirit, and service.

What You Bring to the Table

Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically 4-5 day work week, Sunday – Friday, shifts start at 4:00pm.

_At times weekends and holidays will be required_

Recent experience (within past 6 months) in high endurance or highly physical activity or role preferred

_Lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction work, etc._

Experience selecting large scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred

Experience operating motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred

Physical Requirements

Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5 degrees to over 100 degrees required

Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively; moving 1,000+ cases of product during each shift required
