Responsibilities:

• Safely operate towing vehicles to transport vehicles to designated locations.
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients during towing operations.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls for towing services, particularly during night and weekend shifts.
• Maintain accurate records of services rendered and vehicle conditions.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch to coordinate timely service delivery.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles as necessary, ensuring secure transport.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in towing or transportation services preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of local roads and routes in Saint Charles, MO.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Must pass background checks and drug screenings as required.
