Overview

Plan and manage the Restaurant, Room Service, and other food and beverage outlets as appropriate in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures, and federal, state, and local regulations while meeting/exceeding financial goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day evening and late-night operations across assigned food and beverage outlets, including restaurant service, nightlife activations, and related service periods, as directed by F&B leadership.

Lead nightlife execution, including DJ-driven programming, high-volume weekends, and special events, ensuring consistent service, guest experience, and brand standards along with the Restaurant General Manager and PR & Nightlife Manager.

Interview, hire, train, develop, and retain associates; provide coaching, performance feedback, and recommend disciplinary action when appropriate.

Ensure compliance with all LSOPs, SOPs, safety standards, and federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining a high level of service and hospitality.

Monitor guest trends, feedback, and operational performance; resolve issues in real time and make recommendations to enhance future revenue and guest satisfaction.

Oversee cleanliness, maintenance, and sanitation of assigned outlets and equipment to protect assets and ensure regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Events, Marketing, Security, and Hotel Operations, to ensure seamless nightlife execution.

Maintain reliable attendance and availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays, and perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

Compensation

Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 Annually
