Join a compassionate, high-performing healthcare team where your work truly matters. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you’ll play a critical role in delivering hands-on patient care supporting comfort, dignity, and safety for every individual you serve.
You’ll work alongside experienced nurses and clinical staff, providing essential daily care while helping monitor patient conditions and ensuring a positive patient experience.
Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes promptly to nursing staff
Support patient comfort, safety, and overall well-being
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
Communicate effectively with nurses, patients, and families
Respond quickly and calmly in a fast-paced clinical environment
Float to other units as needed, based on your skillset and patient care needs
Compassionate, patient-first mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic healthcare setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Professional, dependable, and committed to high-quality care
Education:
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Certifications:
Active Certified Nursing Assistant License (Oregon)
BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
Experience:
New graduates welcome
1+ year CNA experience preferred
