A well-established manufacturing company in southeast Raleigh, NC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Shift Production Supervisor to lead operations on the production floor. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving team performance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
Lead and motivate a team of production workers, providing guidance and support.
Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or processes to meet production goals.
Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to resolve issues and improve operations.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate production records and report key metrics to management.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree require and bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed.
Familiarity with production equipment, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems)
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
