Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome visitors at the front desk.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls effectively.
- Book dining reservations for guest using Resy.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Build relationships with guests to enhance their experience.
- Availability Needed: Days, Nights, Weekends, Including Sundays!
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Weekend/Sunday availability is a must.
