Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently clean and sanitize kitchenware and equipment during the night shift
• Support kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness and order in the back of house
• Assist with closing duties to ensure the kitchen is ready for the next day
• Follow all safety and hygiene standards to maintain a safe work environment
• Report any maintenance issues to leadership promptly
