Paramount Gymnastics is seeking an energetic, motivated, and engaging Ninja Coach to lead and inspire children ages 4–12 in our dynamic Ninja program. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves working with kids, thrives in a high-energy environment, and is passionate about movement, strength, and skill development.


What You’ll Do

• Lead Ninja classes for children ages 4–12 in a fun, safe, and structured environment
• Teach and progress skills including agility, strength, coordination, obstacle navigation, and basic gymnastics movements
• Create an engaging class atmosphere that builds confidence, discipline, and a love for physical activity
• Ensure the safety of all participants through proper spotting, equipment use, and class management
• Follow and implement Paramount’s Ninja curriculum and class structure
• Provide positive feedback and encouragement to students of all ability levels
• Communicate professionally with parents regarding progress and class experience
• Assist with special events such as Ninja Nights, camps, and competitions

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children (coaching, teaching, camp counseling, or similar)
• Background in gymnastics, ninja, parkour, athletics, or related field preferred
• High energy, positive attitude, and strong leadership skills
• Ability to manage groups of children while keeping classes fun and organized
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player who is reliable, professional, and eager to grow
