In this role, you will lead engaging classes, build meaningful relationships, and help athletes gain strength, coordination, confidence, and a lifelong love of movement.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead exciting, high-energy School-Age Ninja classes for athletes ages 6 and older.

  • Complete attendance, skill tracking, evaluations, and other administrative tasks associated with assigned classes.
  • Complete cleaning, organization, equipment setup, and gym-reset duties at the end of assigned shifts.
  • Stay informed about upcoming TNT events, program updates, and operational expectations.
  • Maintain required certifications, background clearances, and training requirements.

  • An energetic, patient, and dependable team member who enjoys coaching, teaching, and encouraging young athletes.
  • The ability to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, customer-service, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to learn TNT curriculum, follow program expectations, and adapt instruction for athletes of different ages and abilities.
  • The ability to meet TNT requirements for training, background checks, and certifications.

Experience is helpful but not required. TNT will train the right candidate in required coaching skills, curriculum, safety practices, and certifications.

Preferred experience or background includes:
