AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking our next Innovation Cell Manager!!
As an Innovation Cell Manager on the NISSC 3 program, you will lead complex and high-visibility projects focused on innovation and capability enhancement. You will manage projects of varying scale by driving integrated scheduling, resource planning, and risk/issue management while ensuring compliance with all contract deliverables and reporting requirements.You will facilitate cross-functional status meetings, track performance metrics, manage project documentation, and coordinate closely with technical, logistical, and government stakeholders. You provide senior-level leadership across multiple disciplines to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with program objectives.

PAY TRANSPARENCY STATEMENTAMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $136,000.00/Yr. - USD $180,000.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
