Communication Skills, Computed Tomography (CAT Scan), Disease, Medical Treatment, Patient Care, Positron Emission Tomography (PET), Procedure Implementation
- Perform all Positron Emission Tomography (PET) and Computed Tomography (CT) procedures following established protocols to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Conduct routine and advanced PET/CT imaging on specific body parts for diagnostic and treatment purposes with minimal supervision.
- Screen patients prior to procedures to identify precautions or contraindications.
- Prepare and position patients for exams, explaining procedures and providing patient support throughout.
- Adjust scan parameters and utilize dose-reduction techniques as appropriate.
- Maintain current knowledge of PET/CT technology, disease processes, and evolving procedures.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
- Work independently and demonstrate strong communication and patient care skills.W
