Develops and designs requirements for the CRM system in consultation with multiple departments.

The CRM Architect develops and designs requirements for the CRM system in consultation with multiple departments. Gathers technical requirements and concepts for the further development of technical requirements for the CRM system. Defines the business requirements for a scalable CRM infrastructure. Provides technical and professional servicing of the CRM system.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience with some or all of the following: C#, .NET, Competitors Business processes in BSS and OSS areas, CRM SDK, Defining CRM architecture and integration points in BSS environment, ETOM, and Frameworx.

Full-time professional work experience in Information Technology.
RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 9 or more yrs. At least one (1) year of the experience must be in an Administrative; Managerial; or Supervisory capacity.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTIONS: Accredited college training may substitute for the required work experience, except for the supervisory experience, with a maximum substitution of four (4) years. (Fifteen (15) semester hours in Information Technology or a related area is required.) Accredited graduate training in the above area may substitute for the required work experience, except for the supervisory experience, with a maximum substitution of two (2) years. Successful completion of an Information Technology Certification program, may substitute for the required work experience with a maximum substitution of two (2) years. (Proof of certification must accompany application.)
Two (2) years of work experience as an Application Systems Analysis/Programming-Supervisor may substitute for all of the required experience.

Per P.L.2009, c.307 & (A20/S20 - CRC) - The New Jersey Compassionate use of Medical Marijuana Act, NJDOH has been authorized to create, maintain and enhance a registry of qualifying patients and their primary caregivers, and to provide them with identification cards. The initial registry was developed at the end of 2010 - beginning 2011.
The Applications Systems Analyst/Programming Manager 3 will develop enhancements and improvements to New Jersey Medicinal Marijuana Program registry as per the requirements of Executive Order EO-6 \"Mandating Review of New Jersey s Medical Marijuana Policy\".

Additionally, the Applications Systems Analyst/Programming Manager 3 will develop complex JAVA modifications to the systems user interface, middle-ware framework and Oracle Database are necessary to meet the technology needs of the current devices access the system. The application was originally built on a technology platform that is outdated and the applications front end needs to be rewritten/redesigned using modern technologies such as Spring MVC, Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript, Oracle 12c and client reporting so that is responsive to the various internet devices used to access the system. Additionally, the new technologies employed will further strengthen the applications security and $$$ the ever changing security protocols required to ensure the integrity of the application.
