Conducts routine and non-routine tests by using a variety of testing methodologies and procedures to ensure that our delivered products meet high standards for quality and usability.

The successful candidate should possess the following qualities:
Able to create clear and concise test plans and test cases.
Expertise in functional testing of online web applications, as well as load/stress testing
Experience in creating all the policies, processes, and templates for testing
Able to clearly communicate issues to developers and other stakeholders
Extensive experience conducting software quality phase end review activities (work product and process) for each software project and produce the required quality assurance reports, as specified in the project's quality assurance plan.
Experience managing and improving quality assurance team processes.
Well organized and systematic in identifying and tracking issues, risks and action items affecting one's own work and the work of the team.
Capable of estimating and scheduling one's own work to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Capable of interacting and communicating effectively with all levels of staff, senior management and customers.
Able to communicate effectively and clearly, both in writing and verbally, in one-on-one and group presentation situations.
Able to work well individually and in a highly collaborative team environment.
Experience supporting software development teams with concurrent testing as part of agile development processes, such as Scrum.
Capable of interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application requirements.
Experience creating Business Cases, Business Requirements Specifications, Use Cases and User Stories.
Some experience using Atlassian's ROVO, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI tools.
